Our Istanbul Centre recently moved to bigger, better premises
This centre started operations in 2003, servicing the German and Turkish markets for Lufthansa. Today it's home to more than 200 employees who service Lufthansa, SWISS International Airlines and Austrian Airlines customers from Turkey, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The new offices stretch across 1,400 square meters and provide a state-of-the-art work environment. Our Istanbul centre also has satellite offices in Izmir and Antalya, connected to our Service Centre network via Home Based Agent technology.
